Konvy is hypothetical brand for Independent Studio Class(College Semester 5) which is for transforming logistics in India by making it faster, efficient, and reliable. It's a single platform for Intra-city and Inter-State logistics solutions for C2C, and B2B platforms.
What I worked on
I worked from building the base of the brand like deciding the category, service & business aspects which brand will offer, name, perceptual mapping, competitor analysis and making the final brand identity.
The Challenge
There are multiple logistics companies which exists and a lot of them are very big players in the market to compete and no company provides all kinds of solutions at one place.
